Attorney Modi will be part of a panel at the Houston Scholars Discussion on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the University of Houston for The Houston Scholars Program. He will be providing specialized knowledge on the topic of “How does the United States move beyond the current impasse on immigration policy?”
