The Modi Law Firm, PLLC is proud to announce that our own founding attorney, Susham M. Modi, has been recognized by The National Advocates as a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer. This prestigious organization offers recognition by invitation only and chooses only the most qualified attorneys in each field. Attorney Susham M. Modi’ extensive work in immigration law has earned him this honored distinction, and we are proud of the work he has accomplished.

The National Advocates organization is extremely selective when choosing new lawyers for membership and only chooses the best of the best. All selected attorneys must show leadership skills, must have stellar reputations and prove to be a positive influence in their communities. Invitees will have a record of excellent trial results, must show evidence of progressive ideas used to pursue justice on behalf of their clients, and must exhibit care for educating the public about justice. On top of that, only lawyers under the age of 40 are considered for this recognition.

All invitees are chosen through an objective selection process that begins with peer nominations and includes various levels of third-party research. The selection is unbiased, and the most qualified young attorneys from each state will be chosen as The National Advocates Top 40 Under 40.

Attorney Susham M. Modi focuses his practice on immigration law, but also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Houston Center’s Immigration Clinic. Here, he helps other lawyers help immigrants from all over the globe and also provides pro bono services. Through his own practice, Attorney Modi has helped immigrants from India, Mexico, Iraq, Canada, and several other countries all over the world. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their ultimate goals, and he isn’t afraid of tackling complex and problematic cases.
